Educational requirements for BARC Recruitment: Technical Officer: M.Sc., B.E./B.Tech in appropriate discipline. Minimum marks of 55%.

Scientific Assistant: B.Sc. (Nutrition, Home Science, and Food Technology).

Technician: SSC plus a qualification as a second-class boiler attendant.

Stipendiary Trainee Category I: Bachelor of Science degree or diploma with at least 60%.

Stipendiary Trainee Category II: SSC plus ITI or diploma in related trade.
